In 2020, our founder Leo Dovbenko envisioned a community that united UAE restaurant owners during COVID-19. Our mission has held steady: encouraging collaboration among restaurateurs, addressing challenges, providing resources, and exchanging industry insights.
For us, it is more than a venture. It is a chance to build a community of independent, creative, and dedicated restaurateurs who thrive on lively exchange of ideas and are committed to elevating the benchmark in the MENA restaurant scene.
